The Substance Access Beneficiary Engagement Incentive is a CMS Innovation Center option for participating ACO REACH and Enhancing Oncology Model organizations. The organization funds the product; Medicare pays $0. Micelle provides product, quality-record, and implementation material for organization review.
CMS program context
Participation, model election, implementation-plan approval, beneficiary eligibility, shared decision-making, supply and reporting remain the organization's responsibilities. Micelle Therapeutics is not part of CMS.

Select a stage to see organization responsibilities, Micelle's planned support, and the relevant documents. This is not an operating supply service.
Example quarterly reporting output uses synthetic data only. It is not an actual CMS report, beneficiary record or proof of operational reporting.
Program requirements
Your team keeps every choice and filing.
| Requirement | Organization responsibility | Micelle support |
|---|---|---|
| Product definition | The organization confirms the product against the federal definition and applicable state law at the relevant time. | A released lot record will identify the definition used and show the approved lot-specific product data. |
| CMS-approved Implementation Plan | The organization names the product, distribution approach, eligibility criteria, safeguards, and oversight. | Draft product, distribution, safeguard, and oversight materials for the organization to adapt and submit as its own. |
| Beneficiary eligibility | The organization applies its program criteria before the physician conversation. | A configurable checklist. Micelle does not make the eligibility decision. |
| Shared decision-making | A physician documents benefits and risks, goals and preferences, medicines, potential interactions, and follow-up. | A documentation template, patient materials, and a medicines-review workflow. |
| Product supply | A qualified affiliated physician supplies the product. An organization cannot meet the incentive by directing a beneficiary to buy a product at retail and submit a receipt. | A supply record using the organization’s own patient identifier. |
| Quarterly reporting | The organization submits required reports and responds to supplemental requests. | A checked export covering supply, lots, notices, de-identified cases, changes, and service measures. |
Organization inputs
Use these organization-controlled inputs to document accountable roles, source records, and release-stage decisions for your own review.
For clinicians
Product, implementation, and patient information is available for your organization to review with its own clinical, quality, and compliance functions. A briefing can cover the product, quality, access, and records.
Micelle 60 is being developed with NW PharmaTech's formulation, supply-chain and quality experience. It is a distinct product with its own formulation, specification and evidence.
Professional materials
These are clearly labelled planning and demonstration materials. They do not represent product release or CMS approval.

Product, quality, implementation, readiness, and legal-source material is grouped in one professional area.
