Who we are
This website is operated by NW Micelle Therapeutics, Inc., trading as Micelle Therapeutics. We are the controller of information submitted through it. Correspondence address: NW Micelle Therapeutics, Inc., c/o NW PharmaTech Ltd, Beaufort Gardens, Knightsbridge, London SW3 1PW, United Kingdom. Contact: team@nwpharmatech.com. NW PharmaTech Ltd, a company in the same group, provides the team mailbox and handles messages to that mailbox on our behalf.
What we collect
When the briefing request service is enabled, the form collects name, role, organization, work email, organization program status, and optional context. Please do not include patient information. Automatically: a one-way hash of the internet address for rate limiting, request time, an approved source value, and standard server logs when the server-side service is enabled.
Why
To respond to the request, arrange a briefing, protect the form against automated abuse, and keep a record of correspondence with the organization.
Service providers
When configured, the form service uses Vercel for hosting and the function, a managed PostgreSQL provider for the request record, Amazon Web Services for email delivery, and the NW PharmaTech mail provider for the team mailbox. The public form is shown only after server-side storage and delivery are configured and verified. Otherwise, the site provides direct email and phone routes without displaying collection fields.
Retention
Closed requests: 12 months after closure and no longer than 24 months unless an active legal or compliance reason requires longer. Rate-limit fingerprints and application logs: 30 days. Email delivery events: 90 days. Database backups: rolling 35 days. Mailbox copies follow the NW PharmaTech mailbox policy.
Examples
Examples on this website and on the Access Platform use sample data. They do not create accounts, send messages, or save what you type on our servers. Some tools, such as reminders, save information on your device. The briefing request can transmit only when the service is enabled and the form is marked as live.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no analytics and no advertising cookies. It sets only what is needed for the site to work.
Security
Connections are encrypted on an approved deployment. Access is limited to named people. Internal routing addresses are not exposed in browser code. Exports and deletions are logged in the service design.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to team@nwpharmatech.com. We verify identity in proportion to the request and respond within the applicable legal deadline, with an internal target of 30 days.

The Last updated date will change when this notice changes.
