A caregiver can help organize information, notice changes and make sure questions reach the right clinician. The decision remains with the person and the care team.
Important evidence context. Micelle 60 and FDA-approved prescription cannabidiol are separate products. No clinical, pharmacokinetic, exposure, efficacy, safety or comparability bridge has been established between them. Micelle 60 is not FDA approved, and no clinical benefit or product-specific safety profile has been established for it.
How we review this information

Before the visit
- Prepare a current list of every prescription medicine, nonprescription medicine and supplement, including occasional products and doses if known
- Note liver disease, advanced kidney disease or dialysis, prior reactions, recent falls, appetite or weight changes, diarrhea and hydration concerns
- Write down what the person hopes will change and how a meaningful benefit would be recognized
- If cancer treatment is involved, make sure the oncology team reviews the exact product before it is started
Questions to ask
- What evidence supports this exact product, dose and intended use?
- Could it interact with the current medicine list or add to sleepiness or unsteadiness?
- What changes should prompt a call?
- Who is the contact, and when is follow-up planned?
- What written information should be kept with the medicine list?
Keep the record clear
Keep the original packaging, product name, lot number, written plan and care-team contact details together. Do not assume that a laboratory certificate shows clinical benefit or that evidence about another CBD product applies to Micelle 60.
Watch for changes
If new sleepiness, unsteadiness, persistent diarrhea, appetite or weight loss, or another unexpected change appears, contact the care team. Respect the person’s choice
Help the person understand the plan and express preferences without pressure. If they decide not to start, or want to stop, help them tell the care team and clarify the next step.
