Important evidence context. Micelle 60 and FDA-approved prescription cannabidiol are separate products. No clinical, pharmacokinetic, exposure, efficacy, safety or comparability bridge has been established between them. Micelle 60 is not FDA approved, and no clinical benefit or product-specific safety profile has been established for it.

Why the evidence needs qualification
Most safety evidence cited here comes from prescription cannabidiol at 10–25 mg/kg/day or from a separate 5 mg/kg/day study. Label-supported prescription-cannabidiol interactions include clobazam, valproate, clopidogrel, everolimus and stiripentol; this is not a complete list. Drowsiness and falls
Prescription cannabidiol can cause sleepiness and sedation, and alcohol or other central nervous system depressants can add to those effects. Drowsiness can increase fall and injury risk in older adults. No direct Micelle 60 fall data have been established. Do not drive or operate machinery if drowsy. Liver
Prescription cannabidiol and a separate 5 mg/kg/day study produced liver-enzyme elevations in some participants. Risk with Micelle 60 is unknown. Tell your care team about liver disease and medicines such as valproate. A clinician should decide whether testing is appropriate; no schedule has been established for Micelle 60. Appetite, digestion and hydration
Diarrhea, reduced appetite and weight loss have been reported with prescription cannabidiol; their frequency with Micelle 60 is unknown.
